Euca playground under construction

It’s a busy time at our townhome project in Modbury, euca, with the playground in Australia Reserve, developed by City of Tea Tree Gully and fronting the development, well underway.

Earthworks, ground levelling and road building are also nearing completion.

Looking ahead, the issuance of titles is a key milestone, with property settlement scheduled for September and townhome construction set to begin in October.
