We are pleased to announce that our client, the Detmold Group, has appointed Centina as the contractor for their new headquarters in Regency Park. This appointment follows a robust competitive tender process and marks a significant milestone in the project’s progression.

Special recognition to the dedicated consultant team whose innovative approach to passive design has significantly enhanced the project’s sustainability and operational efficiency, improving the workplace environment for the Detmold Group team. Key strategies include:
