Anderson Lane Sales Launch

Last month we officially launched sales for our latest project, Anderson Lane, at an event held at Brightstar Brewing, just moments from Southwark Grounds, bringing together the people who have helped reach this exciting milestone.

The evening was an opportunity to celebrate and thank the project’s consultants, partners, suppliers, industry colleagues, friends and our early purchasers, who joined us on the night and will soon be lucky enough to call Anderson Lane home. Brightstar Brewing even had an Anderson Lane Lager on tap for the occasion.

Anderson Lane is proudly developed by Kolabb, in partnership with Centina and ICAM, featuring 26 one to four-bedroom townhomes architecturally designed by Studio Nine Architects, within Renewal SA’s Southwark Grounds masterplanned community.
