Euca wins UDIA SA 2026 Boutique Development Award

Kolabb is proud to announce that Euca, our townhouse development in Modbury, has won the Boutique Development Award at the 2026 UDIA SA Awards for Excellence Gala.

Comprising 25 architecturally designed townhomes, Euca demonstrates how thoughtful development can deliver quality housing, sustainability and positive community outcomes.

Transforming underutilised land in Modbury into a vibrant residential precinct, Euca combines high-quality, attainable housing with landscaped public open space, creating a welcoming neighbourhood that benefits both residents and the broader community.

This recognition is a testament to the vision, collaboration and commitment of the entire project team, including our builder, Centina, The City of Tea Tree Gully, and the many consultants and partners who contributed to Euca’s success.
