Euca construction update

Construction is powering ahead at euca – a boutique community of 25 architecturally designed, eco-conscious, park-facing townhomes in Modbury.

Framing is nearly complete across all 25 lots, with scaffolding now up on lots 13-25. Roofs and solar panels have been installed on lots 20-25, while external cladding is well underway. Service trades are now on-site, and internal linings have also commenced.
