A South Australian consortium led by developer Kolabb, in partnership with builder Centina and fund manager ICAM, has won a bid to develop at least 23 architecturally designed two to four bedroom townhomes at Renewal SA’s Southwark Grounds site located on the old West End Brewery site.
The project, to be known as Anderson Lane, has been carefully designed to balance density with green space and includes affordable homes and premium offerings with rooftop terraces all set within a network of tree lined laneways.
To support housing access for key workers, Anderson Lane will also offer a $10,000 Key Worker Subsidy, recognising the vital role key workers play in the community.
Kolabb’s approach aligns with Renewal SA’s vision for Southwark Grounds, including:
Karl Fielke, Managing Director of Kolabb, said Anderson Lane represents the kind of future-focused development Adelaide needs.
“Anderson Lane is a place designed for living well. Our vision is to create a connected and sustainable community that reflects the character of Southwark Grounds while offering choice for first homebuyers, professional couples and Adelaide families. And by including initiatives like the $10,000 Key Worker Subsidy, we’re ensuring this community is accessible to the people who keep our city moving.”
“Whether you’re living in an apartment and looking for more space, or planning for the future and seeking a home in the Adelaide Botanic High school zone, Anderson Lane has a little bit of everything in one carefully crafted precinct.”
