Detmold Construction Update

Another milestone reached on the Detmold Group Headquarters at Regency Park.

Following completion of all substructure works, the in-situ lift core, precast wall panels and structural steel, the team has now completed the Level 1 structural slab.

Level 2 is well underway, with formwork and steel fixing largely complete and concrete pours scheduled across the week.

A great effort by the builder, Centina, and project partners as the 5100 m², three-storey, steel-framed office building progresses toward completion.
