Catherine House
Catherine House is South Australia’s only dedicated homelessness and recovery service for women over 18 who are unaccompanied by children. It provides crisis and longer-term accommodation, along with comprehensive support services including mental health programs, education and employment pathways, and outreach support. The organisation aims to end homelessness for every woman by addressing immediate needs and supporting long-term recovery and independence.
Hutt Street Centre
Hutt Street Centre is a vital Adelaide-based charity that supports people experiencing homelessness by providing essential services such as meals, showers, and case management. Beyond meeting immediate needs, the centre offers pathways to housing, healthcare, education, and employment, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
​KickStart for Kids
​KickStart for Kids is a South Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children by providing over 60,000 breakfasts and 10,000 lunches weekly across more than 360 schools. Their programs also address period poverty, distribute essential clothing and hygiene items, and offer mentoring and school holiday care to help children thrive academically and socially.
