Educated at both Adelaide University and University of South Australia, a Telstra Business Woman Award finalist, and AICD graduate, Julie also holds several Board positions, including as a Non-Executive Director of RSPCA SA.

Alf is an accomplished executive with over two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries including packaging, defence, and automotive. Since January 2022, he has served as Managing Director and CEO of Codan Limited, an ASX-listed technology company.
Prior to joining Codan, Alf was the CEO of the Detmold Group, where he significantly expanded the company’s global footprint and capabilities.
He has also held various board roles across SMEs, tertiary institutions, and local government, reflecting his broad perspective and commitment to industry development.
Alf holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of South Australia. In 2012, he further enhanced his leadership credentials through the Wharton Global CEO Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul is a highly experienced construction professional with over 20 years in the commercial construction sector, working across multi- national engineering and construction firms.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Centina, a privately owned business operating in South Australia since 2007, Paul’s unwavering dedication to excellence continues to shape the built environment and set new benchmarks in South Australian construction.
His deep understanding of general and structural detailing, coupled with sharp problem-solving skills, has consistently ensured that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Class 1 Honours and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Adelaide.
