Karl Fielke
Managing Director
With over a decade of experience in design and construction, Karl brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to residential and commercial project delivery.
Holding a Master of Architecture from the University of South Australia, he has led projects from concept to completion across roles in design, estimating, site and development management.
His strong grasp of SA’s planning system, combined with analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, ensures projects are commercially viable and well-executed.
Since co-founding Kolabb in 2018, Karl has focused on metropolitan Adelaide developments, drawing on experience gained in acquisition, feasibility, and end-to-end delivery.
Ben Ianniello
Development Analyst
With a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of South Australia, Ben brings a strong foundation in construction planning, project delivery, and development strategy.
His responsibilities include analysing and optimising development processes, identifying new acquisition opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance project outcomes.
Ben’s meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach contribute to the smooth execution of projects across all stages.
Julie George
Head of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement
Julie leads our corporate communications, project marketing, and buyer engagement strategies.
With extensive experience in brand strategy and partnerships, she has led the marketing for over 30 residential, commercial, and industrial property projects across South Australia and NSW.
Educated at both Adelaide University and University of South Australia, a Telstra Business Woman Award finalist, and AICD graduate, Julie also holds several Board positions, including as a Non-Executive Director of RSPCA SA.
